| Acceptance | By clicking “I Agree / Accept Terms”, placing an order, completing payment, or accessing the purchased Service, you agree to these Terms. |
| Effective Date | 8 October 2026 |
IMPORTANT: These Terms are intended as a commercial website terms document and should be reviewed by Indian legal counsel before being published, particularly for consumer-facing sales, tax treatment, privacy compliance, payment flows and cross-border transactions.
1. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
1.1 These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, subscription, access to and use of CCMIntel’s chemical market intelligence reports, dashboards, databases, datasets, insights, forecasts, analytical content and related digital services (“Licensed Materials” and collectively, the “CCMIntel Services”) purchased through www.ccm-intel.com or through an authorised CCMIntel sales channel.
1.2 These Terms, together with the product/order page, subscription plan selected by you, pricing and billing information displayed at checkout, any applicable product-specific terms, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between CCMIntel and the Subscriber (“Agreement”).
1.3 For online purchases, the Agreement is formed electronically when you: (a) click the acceptance checkbox/button confirming these Terms; (b) complete payment or place an order; or (c) access the purchased CCMIntel Service, whichever occurs first. No wet-ink signature or separate Order Form is required unless CCMIntel expressly requires one.
1.4 If a written Order Form or commercial proposal is separately executed by CCMIntel and you, that document will apply to the extent of any expressly agreed commercial variation. These Terms will otherwise govern.
1.5 You confirm that you have authority to enter into this Agreement for the entity named in the purchase details, where you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1 “Authorised User” means the individual user(s) permitted under the purchased subscription plan to access the CCMIntel Services.
2.2 “Subscription Period” means the period for which access has been purchased, as shown at checkout, in the order confirmation or on the applicable subscription plan.
2.3 “Report” means a digital chemical market intelligence report or publication purchased from CCMIntel.
2.4 “Dashboard” means a CCMIntel-hosted interactive market intelligence dashboard, including its data visualisations, filters, tables, charts, indicators, forecasts and related functionality.
2.5 “Chemical/Market Scope” means the specific chemical, product category, geography, application, end-use, market segment, time period or other scope identified on the relevant product/order page.
2.6 “Derived Materials” means internal analyses, presentations or working materials created by the Subscriber that incorporate limited Licensed Materials as permitted by these Terms.
3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PRODUCT ACCESS
3.1 The exact Service purchased, Chemical/Market Scope, subscription tier, number of Authorised Users, Subscription Period, delivery/access method, price, taxes and any usage limits will be stated on the relevant product page, checkout page and/or order confirmation.
3.2 A subscription may provide access to one or more specified Reports, Dashboards, data modules, updates or other Licensed Materials. Access is limited to the scope and duration purchased.
3.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, subscription access is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Licensed Materials for the Subscriber’s internal business, research, planning and analytical purposes.
3.4 CCMIntel may update, improve or modify Dashboard functionality, data presentation, methodology or technical infrastructure from time to time, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the core purchased Service.
3.5 Reports and dashboard data may include estimates, forecasts, historical data, third-party information, market intelligence and analytical judgments. Such materials are intended to support business analysis and are not a guarantee of future market performance, prices, demand, supply, profitability or commercial outcomes.
4. LICENCE TYPES AND AUTHORISED USE
4.1 Individual/User Licence. Where a plan is designated as an Individual or Per-User Licence, access is restricted to the named user/account holder and may not be shared.
4.2 Team/Enterprise Licence. Where a plan expressly permits multiple users, access may be provided only to the number and category of users specified in the applicable plan. The Subscriber is responsible for ensuring that all such users comply with these Terms.
4.3 Unless expressly permitted by the purchased plan, you must not:
(a) share, publish, distribute, transmit, sublicense, rent, lease or resell the Licensed Materials;
(b) provide login credentials to another person;
(c) copy or systematically download substantial portions of a Report, Dashboard or database;
(d) scrape, crawl, data-mine or use automated means to extract data from the CCMIntel website or Dashboard;
(e) reproduce CCMIntel content in another database, competing product or commercial service;
(f) remove copyright, attribution, watermark or proprietary notices;
(g) use the Licensed Materials to train, fine-tune or evaluate an artificial intelligence or machine-learning model without CCMIntel’s prior written permission; or
(h) use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
4.4 Internal presentations and analyses may include reasonable excerpts or limited derived information where this is necessary for the Subscriber’s internal business purpose, provided that CCMIntel is appropriately acknowledged as the source and the use does not substitute for or reproduce the purchased Licensed Materials.
4.5 Any use outside the purchased licence may result in additional fees, suspension of access and/or termination, without prejudice to CCMIntel’s other rights.
5. ACCOUNT, LOGIN AND SECURITY
5.1 You must provide accurate registration, billing and contact information and keep it current.
5.2 Login credentials are personal to the Authorised User(s) and must be kept confidential. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent caused by CCMIntel’s own security failure.
5.3 CCMIntel may monitor reasonable account and usage information for security, licence administration, fraud prevention, service improvement and enforcement of these Terms.
5.4 If CCMIntel reasonably believes that an account is compromised, credentials are being shared, or the Service is being used in breach of these Terms, CCMIntel may require password changes, suspend access, or take other proportionate protective measures.
6. ORDERING, PRICING, TAXES AND PAYMENT
6.1 Prices shown at checkout are the prices applicable to the selected Service, subject to any clearly disclosed taxes, fees or promotional conditions.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable GST, withholding taxes, bank/payment charges or other taxes required by law. The checkout or invoice will identify applicable taxes where required.
6.3 Payment must be made using the payment method offered at checkout. Access may be withheld or delayed until payment is successfully received or confirmed.
6.4 Where invoice-based payment is expressly approved by CCMIntel, the invoice due date will apply. CCMIntel may charge reasonable interest on overdue undisputed amounts to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6.5 You are responsible for providing accurate billing details, including GSTIN or other tax information where applicable. CCMIntel may not be responsible for tax consequences arising from incorrect information supplied by you.
7. DIGITAL DELIVERY AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY
7.1 Reports may be delivered by download link, email, user account, Dashboard access or another electronic method specified at checkout.
7.2 Dashboard access will normally be provided to the registered account after successful payment and account verification. Access credentials or links must not be shared.
7.3 CCMIntel will use reasonable efforts to keep its online Services available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, upgrades, hosting failures, telecommunications issues and events beyond CCMIntel’s reasonable control may affect availability.
7.4 If a material service interruption within CCMIntel’s reasonable control prevents access for a significant portion of the paid Subscription Period, CCMIntel may, at its reasonable discretion, restore access, extend the Subscription Period or provide another commercially reasonable remedy.
8. UPDATES, DATA, METHODOLOGY AND MARKET INTELLIGENCE DISCLAIMER
8.1 Market intelligence is prepared using sources and methodologies that CCMIntel considers reasonable. However, third-party data may contain errors, omissions, delays or changes.
8.2 Forecasts, projections, market sizes, prices, growth rates, competitive assessments and other forward-looking information are estimates and should not be treated as guarantees.
8.3 The Subscriber remains responsible for independently validating information before making investment, procurement, pricing, production, commercial, regulatory or other business decisions.
8.4 Unless expressly stated in the product description, CCMIntel does not warrant that every Report or Dashboard will contain the latest information available at every moment or that a particular data point will be available for every chemical, geography or time period.
8.5 Nothing in the CCMIntel Services constitutes legal, tax, regulatory, investment, financial, engineering, medical or other professional advice.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 All intellectual property rights in the CCMIntel website, Reports, Dashboards, databases, methodologies, designs, software, graphics, text, datasets, compilations and other Licensed Materials are owned by or licensed to CCMIntel and/or its licensors.
9.2 Except for the limited licence expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to the Subscriber.
9.3 CCMIntel may use third-party data and information under licences or other rights that may impose additional restrictions. The Subscriber agrees to comply with any restrictions expressly communicated with the relevant Licensed Materials.
9.4 Any feedback, suggestions or recommendations provided by the Subscriber concerning the Services may be used by CCMIntel without restriction, provided that CCMIntel does not identify the Subscriber as the source without permission.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
10.1 Each party will protect confidential information received from the other party using reasonable care and will use it only for purposes connected with the Agreement.
10.2 CCMIntel’s Licensed Materials are commercially valuable proprietary information and must not be disclosed to unauthorised third parties except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
10.3 Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available without breach, was lawfully known before disclosure, is lawfully received from a third party without confidentiality restriction, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law or valid governmental/court order.
10.4 These confidentiality obligations survive termination for two (2) years, except that trade secrets will be protected for so long as they remain trade secrets under applicable law.
11. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
11.1 CCMIntel will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection and privacy laws.
11.2 The Subscriber is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that it has appropriate authority to provide personal information of employees or other users to CCMIntel.
11.3 CCMIntel may process account, contact, billing, usage, device and authentication information as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, administer and improve the Services, comply with law, prevent fraud and enforce the Agreement.
11.4 The website should be operated together with a separate Privacy Policy and appropriate consent/notice mechanisms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to replace that Privacy Policy.
12. REFUNDS, CANCELLATION AND RENEWAL
12.1 Before purchasing, the Subscriber should review the product description, scope, Subscription Period, user limits, delivery method, update frequency and other specifications displayed at checkout.
12.2 Because Reports and Dashboard access are digital services, cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the specific product and the applicable law. Unless a product page expressly provides a cooling-off/refund period, fees for a Report or digital subscription that has been delivered, accessed or made available may be non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the Service is materially defective or materially different from the description.
12.3 If a refund is approved, CCMIntel may process it through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing timelines and applicable law.
12.4 Where a subscription is set to auto-renew, the checkout page will clearly disclose the renewal frequency, renewal price or pricing mechanism, and the method for cancelling renewal. The Subscriber may cancel future renewal before the applicable renewal date through the account controls or by contacting CCMIntel.
12.5 Unless expressly stated otherwise, cancellation of an auto-renewing subscription stops the next renewal and does not automatically entitle the Subscriber to a refund for the current paid period.
12.6 If auto-renewal is not selected or is not offered, the subscription will expire at the end of the paid Subscription Period unless renewed by the Subscriber.
13. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
13.1 CCMIntel may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, suspected fraud, credential sharing, material breach, security threats, unlawful use or a legal/regulatory requirement.
13.2 CCMIntel may terminate the Agreement for a material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period after notice, where cure is possible. CCMIntel may terminate immediately where continued access creates a material security, legal or intellectual-property risk.
13.3 The Subscriber may terminate a subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms displayed at checkout and clause 12.
13.4 On expiry or termination, the Subscriber must stop accessing the Services and cease any use not expressly permitted to survive. Clauses concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, dispute resolution and other provisions intended by their nature to survive will continue.
14. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the CCMIntel Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, subject to any express commitments stated on the relevant product page.
14.2 CCMIntel does not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, completely accurate, suitable for every purpose, or continuously available.
14.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCMIntel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from the use of the Services.
14.4 Subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, CCMIntel’s aggregate liability arising out of a particular subscription or purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid by the Subscriber for that Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15. INDEMNITY
15.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Subscriber will indemnify and hold harmless CCMIntel and its officers, employees and service providers against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from the Subscriber’s unlawful use of the Services, unauthorised distribution of Licensed Materials, material breach of these Terms, or infringement caused by materials or data supplied by the Subscriber.
15.2 CCMIntel will have reasonable control over the defence and settlement of any claim for which it seeks indemnification, and the indemnifying party will reasonably cooperate.
16. COMPLIANCE AND ACCEPTABLE USE
16.1 The Subscriber must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.
16.2 The Services must not be used to facilitate fraud, sanctions violations, unlawful export/import activity, market manipulation, cyber abuse, infringement of third-party rights or any other unlawful activity.
16.3 CCMIntel may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities and may restrict access where required by law.
17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND RECORDS
17.1 The Subscriber consents to receive invoices, receipts, account notices, service notices, renewal reminders and other contractual communications electronically at the email address associated with the account.
17.2 Electronic records of orders, acceptance, payments, account activity and communications may be retained by CCMIntel and may be used as evidence of the transaction, subject to applicable law.
18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PAYMENT PROVIDERS
18.1 CCMIntel may use third-party hosting, analytics, authentication, payment, email, cloud and other service providers to operate the Services.
18.2 Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms and privacy practices. CCMIntel does not store full payment-card credentials where payment processing is handled by the payment provider.
18.3 CCMIntel is not responsible for a third-party service outage except to the extent required by applicable law or caused by CCMIntel’s own failure to exercise reasonable care.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
19.1 CCMIntel will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government action, regulatory restrictions, power or telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, major hosting failures or internet disruption.
19.2 CCMIntel will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and restore affected Services.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
20.1 These Terms and the Agreement are governed by the laws of India.
20.2 The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through written notice and commercial discussion.
20.3 Subject to applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory jurisdictional rights, disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the location of CCMIntel’s registered office, as specified on the website or invoice.
21. NOTICES AND GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
21.1 Contractual notices to CCMIntel may be sent to the contact details published on www.ccm-intel.com or the email address specified in the applicable invoice/order confirmation.
21.2 CCMIntel will publish the legally required customer support and grievance contact details on the website and will provide a complaint/ticket mechanism appropriate to the Services.
21.3 Website contact details, registered office address and grievance officer details should be kept current. The address in any legacy contract should not be used unless it remains CCMIntel’s current registered/corporate address.
22. GENERAL
22.1 CCMIntel may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions will be communicated through reasonable means where required. The version applicable to a purchase will remain available to the Subscriber.
22.2 The Subscriber may not assign or transfer the Agreement or its access rights without CCMIntel’s prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
22.3 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
22.4 Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
22.5 These Terms, together with the applicable product/checkout terms and Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement concerning the relevant online purchase, except for any separately executed written variation.
23. WEBSITE CHECKOUT ACCEPTANCE
23.1 The website checkout should display, before payment, at minimum: the product/report/dashboard name; Chemical/Market Scope; subscription period; user/access limits; price; applicable taxes; renewal terms; material restrictions; refund/cancellation terms; delivery/access method; and a link to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
23.2 The Subscriber should be required to actively tick an acceptance box such as: “I have read and agree to the CCMIntel Subscription Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.”
23.3 The acceptance checkbox should not be pre-ticked. The checkout system should retain an auditable record of the version of the Terms accepted, timestamp, order number, account identity and relevant transaction information.
23.4 Marketing/newsletter consent, where required, should be obtained separately from acceptance of these contractual Terms.
23.5 Where a subscription automatically renews, the checkout should clearly identify that fact and provide a straightforward cancellation method before the renewal date.
24. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC SCHEDULE / ORDER RECORD
Each purchase should generate an electronic order record containing, as applicable:
- Order/Subscription ID
- Subscriber legal name and billing details
- Product/Report/Dashboard name
- Chemical/Market Scope
- Geography and period covered
- Licence type and number of Authorised Users
- Subscription Start Date and End Date
- Update frequency, where applicable
- Price, currency and applicable taxes
- Auto-renewal status and renewal terms
- Payment status

- Any product-specific exclusions or special terms
The electronic order record forms part of the Agreement for that purchase.
