- Transaction data: orders, products purchased, amounts and payment references. Card, UPI and bank details are processed by Razorpay and are not stored by CCMIntel.
- Usage data: dashboards and products viewed, downloads, log-in times, IP address, browser and device information.
- Enquiry data: information you submit through contact, Tech Transfer or Plant Advisory forms.
2. How We Use Data
- To create and secure your account and provide subscribed Dashboards and purchased Reports.
- To process payments, issue receipts and maintain records required by law.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To monitor licence compliance, prevent misuse and improve our services.
- To send service communications such as order confirmations and subscription expiry reminders. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and you may opt out at any time.
