1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of Reports, Dashboard subscriptions and related digital services from Cognitive Chemicals Market Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. ("CCMIntel") on www.ccm-intel.com, and should be read together with our Subscription Terms & Conditions.
2. Digital Products
Reports and Dashboard access are digital products delivered electronically. Once a Report has been downloaded or Dashboard access has been activated, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly offered on the product page.
3. Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Payment debited but the order failed and access was not provided within 3 business days.
- The delivered Report or Dashboard is materially different from the product description, reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Technical access issues attributable to CCMIntel that remain unresolved for more than 7 business days after being reported.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery or activation.
- Purchases of the wrong product, scope or region where the description was accurate.
- Partial use of a subscription period, or unused Authorised User seats.
- Suspension or termination due to breach of the Subscription Terms (for example sharing credentials or redistribution).
5. Cancellation
Subscriptions are purchased for a fixed period and do not auto-renew unless clearly stated at checkout. You may cancel an order before access is activated or a Report is delivered by contacting us; such orders are refunded in full. Cancelling an active subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current paid period.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email contact@ccm-intel.com with your order ID, registered email address and reason for the request within 7 days of purchase. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 7 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment provider (Razorpay). Banks and card issuers typically credit refunds within 5–10 business days. Bank charges, currency conversion differences and taxes, where non-recoverable, may be deducted as permitted by law.
